Yes, we offer daily rentals or seasonal rentals for all ages including skis, boards and boots.
For season rentals, we typically start fitting the beginning of September and ask for the gear to be returned no later than the end of May. This allows us to service the gear and retire any gear that doesn’t meet our standards.
Yes, since we are not on the mountain we typically fit people starting at 3:00pm the day before they want to go to the mountain. This allows you to be prepared the night before. We request for the gear to be returned the day after you go to the mountain before 12:00pm.
To ensure a good experience we ask you to bring ski socks with you. If you do not have any, we have socks available for purchase in our shop. This will give you an accurate representation of how the boots will feel when you make it to the mountain.
We fit kids anticipating some growth. But, with this we take into consideration if the child grows, we would rather have them come back and get a bigger size. A correct fitting boot should be snug for performance and safety reasons.
If your child grows out of any gear, please bring it back and we will gladly re-fit them in the proper gear.
We offer a damage waiver when you rent the gear. This covers any damages caused while using the gear. It does not cover loss or theft and you would be liable for replacement cost of the gear.
We have a streamlined process that takes 15-20 minutes per individual getting fit. If you have rented from us previously this could be even faster if we have all your info in our system.
You should expect your boots to be snug, but not be painful. Skis and boards will be selected by height and ability levels.
Yes, we may have to switch the gear but will gladly get you into a seasonal package.
